Our All Risks policy allows you to make a claim directly against the insurer. Unlike the Standard Liability and Extended Liability policies offered by some removal companies, you won’t have to prove the movers’ negligence, so it’s quick and easy to make a claim.

Like for Like

We do work hard to make customer happy in any damage happen to any belonging we do have two back up policies:
One is like for like policy we will replace any old damage of your furniture and any of your belongings by another used.

Second Policy: Old for New

mostly we use this policy especially when we broke mirrors, cups or Ikea chest of draws as the cost is not high we buy them and deliver them to new home strait away for hassle free service and customer satisfaction.

We do have an excess of £ 250 we use this excess when is worth it, example for total damage, but try not to end up at this stage as it shown our options above.

Extra Insurance:

If you feel you need an extra insurance, especially when you got expensive antics, We do advise and extra insurance is crucial, many customer they buy extra insurance especially when the content value is over £10,000.
